1. Who We Are
Integrity GSE LLC operates an apron service desk business focused on computer integrated systems design and ground support records. Our registered business address is 345 E 1300 N, Mapleton - 84664-3730, United States (US). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Integrity GSE is the developer name attached to the website and the person responsible for its technical care. Integrity GSE LLC is the company that controls the business data described in this policy.
When this policy uses the words we, us or our, those words refer to Integrity GSE LLC and, where relevant, to the developer Integrity GSE. When this policy speaks of you or your, those words refer to the visitor, client, crew member or business partner who interacts with our website or the apron desk. You can reach our privacy contact by email at admin@integritygse.lol or by telephone at +18399030886 during our normal business hours.
We are a small, focused business. We do not operate an advertising network, we do not sell personal information and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors for resale. Our interest in personal information is narrow and practical: we need enough to answer enquiries, to run client engagements and to keep our records in good order. Every section that follows explains a part of that narrow interest in plain language.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers the website published at the address shown in the contact section below, together with the contact forms, email exchanges, telephone conversations and engagement documents connected to it. It does not cover third party websites that we may link to, and it does not cover the internal systems of our clients, which are governed by their own privacy notices.
If you are an employee or contractor of a client and you interact with one of our projects, this policy explains the part of the processing that we control directly. The client that employs you may also hold its own privacy obligations in relation to the same records, and we encourage you to read that notice as well when it is available to you.
By using our website or by sending us an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with the way this policy describes our handling of information, please do not use the website, and you may contact us to discuss your concerns before submitting anything through the site.
3. Information We Collect
The information we collect falls into a few clear groups.
Contact information. When you use the contact form or write to us by email, we receive the name you provide, your email address, the subject you choose and the content of your message. We may also receive the telephone number you choose to include and the name of the organisation you represent.
Business and engagement information. When a client engages us, we receive the information needed to plan the work. This may include site names, crew sizes, shift patterns, the format of existing service sheets and the names of the people who act as contacts during the project. This information is business information first, but it can contain personal details such as the names and roles of crew members.
Technical information. Our website and the servers that host it may record limited technical details when you visit, such as the browser type, the device type, the referring page and the general region from which the request arrived. We use this technical information to keep the site available and secure, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Records you create with our desk. During an engagement, crew notes, log bay entries and service sheets may contain personal information, such as the name of the person who signed a sheet or wrote a note. In that situation the client remains the controller of the content, and we process it only to deliver the service described in the engagement documents.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, we do not ask for government identification numbers and we do not collect information about health, religion or other special categories unless a client supplies it for a specific and lawful purpose that has been agreed in writing.
4. How We Collect Information
Most information comes to us directly from you. You type your name and message into the contact form, you send an email to our desk, or you speak with us by telephone. In each of these cases the information is provided by you and you decide what to include.
Some information arrives automatically. When your browser requests a page from our website, the server that answers the request records routine technical details such as the time of the request and the page that was asked for. These details are limited to what is needed to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse.
A smaller amount of information arrives from clients during an engagement. When a client asks us to design an equipment log bay or a service sheet run, the client provides the records, templates and contact lists that the work requires. We take that material into our design process and return it, or retain it, according to the instructions in the engagement documents.
We do not buy personal information from data brokers, we do not scrape personal information from social networks and we do not receive personal information from advertising exchanges.
5. Why We Use Information
We use information for a short list of purposes. We answer the enquiries you send to our desk, and we use your contact details to reply, to ask follow up questions and to arrange a first visit when you ask for one. We prepare proposals and engagement documents using the business information a client provides. We deliver the six apron desk services described on our services page, and we maintain the records that those services produce. We keep our website available and secure, and we maintain business accounts and tax records as the law requires for a limited company in the United States.
We may also use information to improve our own working methods. When we look back at a finished engagement, we review the design choices and the review rounds to understand what worked and what should change. Where that review touches personal information, we reduce it to the smallest amount needed and we avoid attaching names to the notes unless the name is essential for the understanding of the case.
We do not use personal information to send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them. If you have asked to hear about a specific topic, such as a future follow up round, we will use your details for that topic only, and you can withdraw the request at any time.
6. Lawful Basis for Processing
Where the law requires a stated basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following. We process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform a contract once it is in place. We process information for our legitimate interests as a business, which include answering enquiries, protecting our systems, maintaining accurate records and improving the quality of our work, and we balance those interests against your rights in every case. We process information to comply with legal obligations, such as record keeping and tax rules. Where none of the above applies, we ask for your consent and you may withdraw it at any time.
When a client provides records for an engagement and those records contain personal information about crew members, the client is responsible for having a lawful basis to share that information with us. We process it on the instructions of the client and only for the purposes set out in the engagement documents.
9. Service Providers
Like most small businesses, we rely on a small number of suppliers. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider that stores the files and answers requests from visitors. Our email is handled by a mail provider that delivers messages to and from our desk. Our accounting is handled by an accountant who receives the invoices and payment records required by law. Each supplier receives only the information needed to perform its function, and each is bound by a contract or by professional rules that require confidentiality and appropriate security.
We review our suppliers from time to time and we prefer suppliers that are transparent about their own privacy practices. If a supplier changes its practices in a way that would make our commitments under this policy difficult to keep, we will replace that supplier or adjust our use of it before the change takes effect.
10. How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for our ordinary business records, which in most cases means up to three years after the last exchange. We keep engagement documents and the records produced by an engagement for the period required by the engagement itself and by our legal and accounting obligations, which in most cases means up to seven years. We keep website server logs for a short period, usually no more than ninety days, unless a security incident requires a longer look.
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or reduce it to a form that no longer identifies any person. We do not keep personal information simply because storage is cheap, and we do not hold back records that a client has asked us to return and delete once the engagement obligations allow it.
11. How We Protect Information
We take the security of the desk seriously. Access to client records is limited to the people who need it to do the work, and access is granted for the length of the engagement rather than indefinitely. Our accounts use strong passwords, and multi factor authentication is used for the mail and hosting accounts that hold the most sensitive material. We keep software patched and we review our own access list whenever a team member joins or leaves.
Paper records created at the apron desk are the responsibility of the client site once they leave our hands, and we design the desk so that paper is stored in a locked tray at the end of a shift. Digital records are backed up so that an accidental deletion does not become a permanent loss, and backups are protected in the same way as live data.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by the law that applies, and we will describe what happened, what we have done and what you can do to reduce the impact.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you and to receive a copy of it. You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate and to complete information that is incomplete. You may ask us to delete information that we no longer need for the purpose for which it was collected, and you may ask us to restrict the way we use it while a question about it is resolved. You may object to processing that we base on our legitimate interests, and you may ask for a portable copy of information you have provided to us in a commonly used format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to admin@integritygse.lol with enough detail for us to find the information you mean. We reply within thirty days in most cases, and we will tell you if we need more time and why. We do not charge a fee for a reasonable request, but we may charge a reasonable fee if a request is clearly excessive or repetitive.
If we cannot honour a request, we will explain the reason and tell you how to complain. You always have the right to complain to the data protection authority that covers your region, and we ask that you contact us first so that we have a chance to put things right.
13. Privacy for Children
Our website and our services are intended for businesses and for adults acting in a professional role. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly once we have confirmed the situation. If a client engagement involves an educational setting, we will agree the specific safeguards in writing before any information about young people is shared with us.
14. International Transfers
Our business is based in the United States, and the information described in this policy is primarily processed there. Some of our suppliers may process information in other countries as part of their hosting or mail delivery services. When a transfer outside the United States is involved, we rely on the safeguards that apply to that transfer, such as standard contractual terms or the supplier own published commitments, and we choose suppliers that are transparent about where the data they handle is stored.
If you are located in a region with its own transfer rules, the rights described in this policy apply in addition to any rights you hold under your local law, and we will cooperate with your request for the safeguards that the transfer rules require.
15. Third Party Links
Our website may include links to other sites, for example the website of a supplier or a professional body. We provide these links for convenience and we do not control the content or the privacy practices of the sites they lead to. A link from our site is not an endorsement of the privacy practices of the destination site, and we encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you visit before giving it personal information.
16. Changes to This Policy
We review this policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. When we make a material change, we update the effective date at the top of this page and we describe the change in a short note at the top of the policy for a reasonable period. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly by email when we have a valid address for you, and we will give you a chance to object before the new use begins.
The current version of the policy is always the one published on this page, and we recommend that you check it when you begin a new engagement with our desk.
17. How to Contact Us
For any question about this Privacy Policy, about the information we hold about you, or about a request to exercise a right, please contact the desk using the details below.
Company: Integrity GSE LLC
Address: 345 E 1300 N, Mapleton - 84664-3730, United States (US)
Email: admin@integritygse.lol
Telephone: +18399030886
We aim to acknowledge every privacy message within three business days and to give a substantive reply within thirty days. If your matter is urgent, such as a suspected security issue, please say so in the subject line so that the desk can route your message to the right person without delay.
18. Additional Regional Rights
If you live in a region that grants specific privacy rights, the following summary explains how those rights apply to us. For residents of California and similar states, you have the right to know the categories of information we collect, the purposes for which we use them and the categories of parties with whom we share them. You have the right to request deletion and correction, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising, so there is no need to opt out of a sale that never happens.
For residents of regions covered by comprehensive data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You may also contact us to obtain a copy of the safeguards used for an international transfer, and we will provide a summary of those safeguards on request.
For business clients, nothing in this policy limits the confidentiality terms of an engagement document. Where an engagement document sets stricter rules than this policy, the stricter rules apply to the information covered by that document, and this policy continues to govern the website and the initial contact that preceded the engagement.
19. Our Commitment to Plain Dealing
The apron desk was built on the idea that a record is only useful when it tells the truth, and that idea shapes our privacy work as well. We have tried to write this policy without hidden corners. Where a term is technical we have explained it. Where a process has a limit we have said so. Where a right exists we have told you how to use it. If any part of this policy is unclear, we would rather answer your question than have you guess, so please write to the desk and ask.
We are a small company and our decisions about information are made by people who know the clients by name. That is a strength, because it means a privacy question does not disappear into a large support queue, and it is also a responsibility, because it means the same people must be careful every day. We accept that responsibility and we welcome the chance to demonstrate it.
